Cancellation & Refund Policy

Terms for cancellation, refunds and account termination.

Service Purchase

  • Shopentegro services are purchased via payment methods available at checkout (credit card and/or bank transfer).
  • Once purchase is completed, service access starts and license is activated.
  • Purchased license is valid only for the WhatsApp number defined during payment.

Service Activation

  • User activates service by scanning the provided QR code from WhatsApp.
  • After activation, license is bound to the specific user-device-WhatsApp pairing.

Cancellation Terms

  • Service is classified as an instantly performed digital service.
  • For this reason, cancellation may not be available after activation.
  • Legal exceptions required by applicable regulations remain reserved.

Refund Terms

  • Refund eligibility is assessed based on activation status.
  • If activation has not been completed, refund can be reviewed after technical verification.
  • If activation is completed, refund is not available.
  • Withdrawal rights for digital services are subject to legal exceptions under applicable laws.

Membership Cancellation

  • Membership cancellation requests can be submitted via the contact page or support email.
  • Account deletion requests are processed after identity verification and active license checks.
