User Agreement

ARTICLE 1 - Parties

This User Agreement is made between Shopentegro (shopentegro.com) as the service provider and the registered user (individual or legal entity) as the service recipient.

ARTICLE 2 - Subject

This agreement governs the terms of use, rights, and obligations related to Shopentegro services including WhatsApp automation, bulk messaging, AI replies and licensed desktop app usage.

ARTICLE 3 - Service Definition

• Service is provided through a Windows desktop app and web panel.
• Current package scope and pricing are published on the Packages/Pricing page.
• Each license is valid for one user and one WhatsApp line.
• License key remains fixed during active period; new term requires a new purchase.

ARTICLE 4 - User Declarations

• User confirms that registration information is accurate and up to date.
• Accounts must be created with real person/company identity data.
• User declares they are at least 18 years old and legally authorized to use the service.
• User agrees not to use the service in violation of applicable laws.
• User is solely responsible for spam, unauthorized outreach, misleading content, and third-party rights violations.

ARTICLE 5 - Obligations of the Parties

• Shopentegro undertakes reasonable effort to provide a technically functional service.
• User is responsible for account credential security and all account actions.
• User warrants lawful contact consent for all message recipients.
• Shopentegro is not directly liable for third-party platform actions or outages (e.g., WhatsApp/META, payment providers).
• Shopentegro may perform planned or emergency maintenance and security updates as required.

ARTICLE 6 - Term, Renewal, and Termination

• Service period starts on the date when payment is approved by the system.
• When license period ends, service becomes inactive.
• There is no forced automatic renewal; user must purchase a new term manually.
• For breach, abuse, or security risk, service may be suspended or terminated.

ARTICLE 7 - Payment and Billing

• Pricing and package scope are applied according to current public pricing.
• Service activation starts only after payment completion.
• User is responsible for accuracy of billing and payment information.
• Taxes and legal charges apply in accordance with applicable law unless otherwise stated.

ARTICLE 8 - Force Majeure

Natural disasters, war, terrorism, broad network outages, major infrastructure failures, telecom disruptions, and upstream provider interruptions are considered force majeure events.

ARTICLE 9 - Privacy and Data Protection

• Parties shall keep confidential information private and use it only for contractual purposes.
• Shopentegro applies technical and administrative safeguards under applicable data protection laws.
• Information may be disclosed to authorities only when legally required.

ARTICLE 10 - Right of Withdrawal

As this is an instantly performed digital service, withdrawal right exceptions may apply within the limits of applicable regulations.

ARTICLE 11 - Final Provision

Any user accessing shopentegro.com or related services is deemed to have read, understood and accepted this agreement. Effective date: 2026-02-21.
