Core Principles

• Using purchased services in violation of local laws in your country is prohibited.
• Spam or harmful messaging practices are strictly prohibited.
• Each purchased license works with only one WhatsApp number.
• Each license is bound to the WhatsApp number defined during payment.
• Valid account registration requires real name, email and password details.
• Billing details and payment information are required to activate services.
• You must be at least 18 years old to use Shopentegro services.
• Your WhatsApp account must be active to use the platform.
• Accounts with false identity information may be suspended or terminated.

Passwords and Account Security

• Your password must contain at least 8 characters including letters and numbers.
• You are fully responsible for protecting credentials used to access your account.
• You should always use strong passwords and avoid credential sharing.
• Shopentegro is not responsible for losses caused by failure to follow account security practices.

Copyright and Content Policy

Shopentegro does not permit use of the platform for copyright infringement or unlawful content distribution. Violations may lead to suspension or termination.

Service Duration and Termination

• Each license is active for a defined subscription period.
• When the period ends, the service becomes inactive for that license.
• Users can end usage by not renewing at the end of the term.
• For policy breaches, Shopentegro may terminate service with notice, or without prior notice when legally/operationally required.
